We are still seeing the weakness of the housing market with a slight upward move. The sustainable development is one of the few areas that are still seeing a growth. Seventy percent of buyers are more inclined to purchase a green home than a conventional home in a down market. We as real estate agents need to send a message that living in an Earth-conscious manner doesn’t mean giving up style and comfort.
